Your privacy is very important or us at Pixlee. We created this Privacy Policy to let you know how we collect, use, share and otherwise process your personal information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you when you access the Pixlee websites (collectively, the "Site") or the features, content, or applications by Pixlee (collectively, the "Services").

Children's Privacy

The Sites and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of18. We do not knowingly collect personal informatino from children without parental consent.

General Information

Pixlee complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.  Pixlee has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/

Pixlee is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

There exists the possibility, under certain conditions, for the individual to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

Pixlee is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including those necessary to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Pixlee acknowledges the potential liability in cases of onward transfers to third parties of personal information of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to Privacy Shield.
