Pixlee is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including those necessary to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Pixlee acknowledges the potential liability in cases of onward transfers to third parties of personal information of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to Privacy Shield.
Pixlee’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
